Cross-Border Truckload Dispatch
BRG-080
We place full trailer loads on Ontario to Midwest lanes with a single coordinated file behind each one. The file holds the pickup number, the customs paperwork, the driver contact and the delivery appointment, so the shipper is not chasing four parties for one answer. We confirm the border crossing in advance and match the load to a carrier whose equipment and authority fit the commodity. When the tractor leaves the shipper dock, the paperwork is already prepared and the receiving window is already agreed. That preparation is what keeps a forty minute crossing from becoming a two day problem.

LTL Consolidation Programs
BRG-060
Not every shipment deserves a whole trailer, and paying trailer rates for six pallets is a slow leak in any budget. Our consolidation programs gather compatible freight from several shippers into planned linehaul, so each pallet pays only its share. We plan the merge against real cut off times and we keep the handling stops to a minimum. Fragile goods are separated from heavy freight and every piece is labeled against the same manifest. The customer still sees a simple door to door commitment, even though the freight shared the ride with other cargo.

Port Drayage Coordination
BRG-050
Drayage is short haul work with long tail consequences. A container that misses its free time window starts billing, and a chassis that is not reserved adds a day before anything moves. We book the gate appointment, secure the chassis and line up the receiving warehouse before the container is released. We track demurrage and detention clocks so the customer hears about a cost risk early rather than on the invoice. When the box is empty and returned, we close the equipment record so nothing lingers open on a terminal account.

Warehouse Cross-Dock Handling
BRG-065
Cross docking lets freight touch a floor without living there. Inbound pallets are received against the manifest, checked for count and condition, then loaded straight onto an outbound trailer for the next leg. Because nothing is stored, storage fees and double handling mostly disappear. We sequence the inbound and outbound appointments so a dock door is open exactly when a trailer arrives, and we photograph exceptions before they become disputes. For programs with a recurring flow, the cross dock becomes a predictable midpoint between a distant supplier and a regional receiver.

Carrier Compliance Vetting
BRG-045
Every carrier that touches our freight is checked before it is dispatched. We verify active operating authority, current insurance and a safety record that stands up to review. Documents are collected and their expiry dates tracked, so a lapsed certificate does not appear in the middle of a live load. Where a lane calls for specialized equipment or a bonded driver, we confirm that qualification in writing. This vetting work is invisible when it succeeds and decisive when a shipper or an insurer later asks who moved the goods.

Freight Claims and Paperwork Support
BRG-060
When cargo is damaged, short or delayed, the outcome depends on the record. We capture the delivery exception at the door, gather photographs, the signed manifest and the inspection notes, and present a claim that rests on evidence. We follow the claim through the carrier and the insurer rather than filing it and forgetting it. Beyond claims, we keep the ordinary paperwork orderly: bills of lading, customs packets, proof of delivery and invoice backups all filed against the movement they belong to. A clean file is the cheapest insurance a shipper can own.
